THE ROLE OF SOFT SKILLS IN ENHANCING EMPLOYABILITY OF TECHNICAL GRADUATES: A STUDY

Abstract

Soft skills may be known as the skills necessary for employability in the present context. From  extensive research it is found that certain soft skills are considered a must for workplace success, and these  are: Communication skills and Presentation Skills.  Institutions do not concentrate much  towards enhancement of communication skills. While several universities participated in the study, they may not allocate sufficient courses to educate the students on the significance of soft skills.
